Be sure to check before your purchase that each product fit your needs.

License policy

Our products are available in two different license.

Node Locked license (link to the hardware of one computer), and since March 2026 dongle based license (using Code Meter Dongle).

It's not possible to "convert" a Node Locked license to/from a dongle license.

Contact sales@jokyohapencoder.com before purchase if you have any questions about our license policy.

Node Locked License

Node Locked license can only be used on one computer (the one used to create the hardware fingerprint file (.ask)).

Node locked license can’t be moved from one computer to another by “deactivation/activation”.

Dongle License

License are generated for a dedicated Code Meter dongle.

It's not possible to transfer license from one dongle to another.

To be use, dongle need to be physically connected the the computer on a USB port.

No new license is generated if you loose your dongle.

Payment

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing conditions in effect at the time fees or charges are due and payable.
You must provide Jokyo Images with a valid credit card (accepted by us). Your payment provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card, and you must refer to your payment provider agreement to determine your rights and responsibilities.

Jokyo Images reserves the right to change its prices and billing methods at any time.

Refund

Refund can only happen before the creation of the license file, not after.

Jokyo Images keep the right to deduce financial costs of 10% of the amount of the refund.

Not for military use

All products sell on this website, can't be used for military purposes (in accordance with European Union regulations).

Disputes

You must notify us in writing within seven days of receiving your credit card statement if you dispute any of our fees on that statement or such dispute will be deemed to have been waived. Billing disputes must be notified to the following address: sales@jokyohapencoder.com

This term of sales is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this term of sales that we (You and Jokyo Images) have failed to settle amicably between ourselves
shall be settled by the Commercial Court of Lyon (France).
